What is Recruitment ?
The process of bringing new blood into an organisation i.e hiring new employee into an organisation for a job is called "recruitment".
There are two types of sources for recuitment : Internal Sources & External sources
External sources means getting the candidates from outside the organisation &
Internal sources means getting the candidates from within the organisation.
Examples of External Sources: advertisements,Recommendations,Campus Recruitment etc.
Exampes of Internal Sources : promotion,transfer,employee referral,employment excahnge etc.
